When should I make a reservation?
We recommend making a reservation at least 24 hours in advance, but we accept reservations up to 2 hours before pickup time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card, debit card and cash payment to the driver.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track flight arrivals and automatically adjust the pickup time. No additional fees for flight delays.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, make any special requests when booking and we will provide suitable child seats.
Is there a luggage limit?
Standard baggage allowance is 1 large suitcase and 1 handbag per passenger. Extra baggage can be arranged.
Are your drivers licensed?
Yes, all our drivers are fully licensed, insured and experienced professionals.
